New horizons

The project proposal is aimed at a lasting integration of unemployed and inactive persons in the labor market. The project will be opened eight jobs in the real estate sector in which it operates company "Maksan" LTD. The company is well established in the market as it employs professionals with years of experience. Due to the need for new employees, the company creates new jobs, which is a prerequisite for creating sustainable jobs. The project aims to display the unemployed and inactive persons from the unfavorable situation of social and economic exclusion. The planned activities are set in a way that could provide an opportunities for sustainable employment. Besides the employment of persons are activities planned to conduct training on core competence and professional training, which is planned to newly acquired knowledge and skills in the field to benefit the long-term realization of the labor market. Ensuring long-term employment will be achieved through the purchase of appropriate equipment that employees have to perform work tasks with in a qualitative and efficient manner. This project is aimed at the most vulnerable groups in the labor market, including the unemployed, low level of education, long-term unemployed and inactive persons, unemployed persons aged over 54, young people up to the age of 29, as representatives of these target groups have significant problems caused by the lack of work experience and skills related to business needs. For this reason the project relies employment of at least 12 months to eight persons, during which will provide people the opportunity to gain professional experience and especially practical skills that are necessary for their approval as experienced staff. The selection will be implemented in close cooperation with representatives of labor offices and interaction with the local community to select motivated to implement candidates.
