Creating jobs for the unemployed and inactive persons in TEMAX YUG EOOD

TEMAX YUG EOOD was established in January 2014 and till now successfully developed and yield stable position on the market of goods necessary for the construction,renovation,furnishing and decorating homes.The rapid development of the company led to its main need at the moment–creating new stable jobs and appointing employees who would help fulfilling the expanded volume of work.Fulfilling this necessity is one of the project’s main objectives Through carrying out the activities stipulated in the project: -Employing unemployed and inactive persons for a period up to 12 months -Purchasing equipment facilitating the creation of the new jobs -Project organizing and managing activities -Activities related to informing and publicity it will be possible to achieve the general objective of the project. Expected results of carrying out the activities are 38new jobs to be created and signing contracts;preserving min 19 of the newly created jobs for a period up to 12months,min,after finishing the project;purchasing equipment that is directly needed and related to creating the new jobs and meant to be utilized by the newly appointed employees;creating a project management team;shipment of visualization materials The target group that will be included in the project is Unemployed and Inactive Persons(38people).50% of them will belong to a specific category–Unemployed Young People,aged up to 29,29included While implementing the project and the activities it includes,TEMAX YUG EOOD will use its experience in carrying out similar activities and projects and will watch for the strict observance of the OPHRD horizontal principles–equal chances and non-permitting discrimination,gender equality and stable development
