Creation of new jobs in KAT EOOD

The general objective of the project is to create quality and sustainable jobs for the unemployed and inactive persons in KAT Ltd. Specific objectives of the project are as follows: 1) Opening of 6 job positions for the unemployed and inactive persons; 2) To create employment for the long-term unemployed and inactive persons; 3) To create jobs for unemployed people aged over 54 years; 4) To supply the equipment necessary to start work for the unemployed; 5) To ensure visibility of the project and awareness of all interested parties; 6) To ensure proper administration of the project, leading to a successful implementation; The defined objectives will be achieved by implementing the following activities: 1) Organization and management of project activities 2) Employment of unemployed and inactive persons for up to 12 months 3) Purchase of equipment related to the creation of the new jobs 4) Information and publicity After execution of the activities the following persons will be employed: - One unemployed person; - One long-term unemployed person; - One inactive person; - Three unemployed people aged over 54 years; - As a result of the project will be achieved the following results: - Reduction in unemployment rate in the North-West Planning region; - Provision of adequate payment and working conditions, quality of recruits, tailored to their needs; - Preconditions and motivation for long-term unemployed and inactive persons to start work; - Established qualitative working conditions for persons over 54 years; - Created preconditions for sustainability revealed and occupied jobs in the project; - Improved quality of life and social status of representatives of the target groups; - Improved self-esteem and sense of fulfillment of the representatives of the target groups; - Informed wide range of employers on the possibilities offered by OP HRD 2014-2020 and continuing downward trend in unemployment rate.
