New job in a new auto center

This project proposal is designed with the idea the planned activities to correspond fully with the main purpose of the procedure “New working place 2015” – providing prerequisites for the creation of sustainable job positions for unemployed and inactive people. This task will be accomplished through the implementation of key activities like: recruitment, selection and appointment of staff on the new working places; organizing and conducting professional training; supply and installation of equipment on the new working places; preservation job positions after the end of the project. As a result of the described activities the following results will be achieved: - provided subsidized employment for 12 months for 8 people, minimum 3 of them aged 29 years and 1 aged over 54 years - increased professional qualification of 3 of newly hired workers - Equipment of 8 new job positions - Reserved minimum 4 working places after the end of the project The above described activities will be addressed to the following target group: unemployed and inactive people. In project activities are planned to be included specifically 8 persons, including 4 unemployed person aged 30 to 54 years, and the rest 4 persons (50% of all) will be representatives of the specific project categories, including 1 unemployed person aged 54 years and 3 unemployed young people under the age of 29.
