Simex LTD is a civil engineering company from Shumen. It covers a great sector of duties and services for industrial or residential construction. We operate mainly in the region, but we realised projects in Municipalities of Devnya and Varna. From the establishment of the company till now, the volume of our work constantly grows, which is a criteria for the quality of our services and management and marketing used. We constantly invest into modern construction machines and human resources in order to be competitive against our business rivals and to expand our market share. We are adaptive and flexible. We already created stable partnerships with big investors, who are constantly increasing their orders. Because of the increased demand of our work we will hire new employees. We will take active part in permanent unemployment with hiring unemployed and inactive people on the trade market. Shumen municipality has indexes lower than average in the state talking about the unemployment and the average payment. For these people we planned professional courses by specialised agency for the relevant positions . In order to provide these people with work, we intend to buy scaffolding, shuttering and working clothes. The company has necessary equipment - vehicles and light mechanisation, which will also take part for work of the hired employees.We hardly believe, that our team will be complement of quality specialists, gained their knowledge and experience during the execution of the project. The policy of our company is to improve the qualification of our personnel, which reflects on the quality of work and payment subsequently.
