KWIAT OOD was established in 1991.Its main activity is production and wholesale of the first Bulgarian trade mark eye-ware Kwiat. The idea of the company is to open new job positions for young specialists. The new positions will encompass the management and organization analysis as well as the expert activity in the company. Being a well-established company in the field of sales, possessing all the qualities needed to provide its services,KWIAT will innovate its activity by hiring unemployed:up to 29 years and unemployed or inactive between 30 and 53,giving them an opportunity for realization for a longer period, ensuring them with work conditions, security and confidence.The main activities and measures to achieve it are: Ensuring employment of persons seeking job.The company will hire 8 unemployed:5 unemployed up to 29 years and 3 unemployed or inactive between ages 30 and 53.They will be employed on job positions related to the trade activity of the company. The company will seek for: delivery trading seller, internet trading seller, specialist in digital arts, worker for mounting of stones and 3 trade experts Purchase of equipment for the newly opened jobs.Regarding the newly opened job positions all necessary equipment will be purchased for the implementation of the working activity of these particular job positions.It is envisaged that equipment will be purchased to ensure the normal running of the working process.The project includes project management and organization activity and publicity activity.The project management and organization activity will contribute to the effective and duly implementation of the activities under the project by forming a project management team of experienced experts.The activity related to ensuring publicity will be directed towards distributing information about the implemented activities and the objectives achieved. The activity will include: preparing brochures and 1 information signboard; carrying out 2 press conferences.
