Velevi Pharma Ltd. - we support the employment

“Velevi Pharma” Ltd. has existed since 1996 and it’s a licensed wholesaler of medical products, medical devices and cosmetics. To this date, the company has 71 employees and its own logistics bases in Sofia and Straldzha. The project " Velevi Pharma Ltd. - we support the employment" is aimed at creating sustainable jobs, in line with the investment priorities 1 and 3 of the Human resources development operation program 2014-2020. The project's specific objectives are: 1 - providing sustainable jobs for unemployed people. 2 - setting up of a modern organizational and technological working process in our base in Straldzha. The envisaged objectives will be achieved through the implementation of key activities in recruitment, providing of employment for new jobs, supply of equipment and furniture directly related to the new jobs. There are also activities for providing occupational medicine for new employees, information and publicity, as well as project management. The project will be implemented in town of Straldzha, and envisages the creation of 34 new jobs as we plan to maintain 100% of the new jobs. This will cause a strong social impact, as it will reduce the level of unemployment in the municipality of Straldzha more than 1% (there were 1316 registered unemployed in the municipality until 30.06.2015, - according to Labor office -Yambol). Target group of the project are mainly long-term unemployed and inactive persons, unemployed persons aged over 54, unemployed youth. Their selection will be made according to the specifics of new jobs. There will be sought as people with experience or qualifications in certain sectors, as well as young people with desire to work in a fast-growing sector, which is the trade of medical products and dietary supplements. During the recruitment of staff and the actual execution of the project activities the horizontal principles of non-discrimination, gender equality and sustainable development will be observed.
