The project proposal provides for the opening of 4 new workplaces for Junior Accountant and purchase of equipment for four of them. New employees will be representatives of the target group of unemployed and inactive people under 29 years. Two of them will be appointed to the office in the town Montana, as there will be equipped two new workplaces. The other two workers will be employed in an office in gr.General Toshevo, Dobrich region. For them also will be equipped two new workingplaces as office there is new and has yet to start functioning. Implementation of the project will go through several stages, namely: - In the first month project will be appointed management team of the project which will contribute to the successful implementation of all planned activities. His responsibility and duty will be the selection and appointment of new employees, the choice of suppliers of assets provided as well as their delivery, installation and other events related to the action plan drawn publicity of the project. - Once the duties of the team in the second month project predict and the actual implementation of the activities of appointment of new staff; purchase of equipment needed; It is envisaged that sustainable preservation of at least 50% of newly hired employees for a period of 12 months after completion of subsidized employment. The candidate will manage the project successfully complete and finalize all activities because of the great experience that has in the implementation of projects under a variety of programs, including the HRD OP and the result of many years of experience in human resources management. The proposal covered three horizontal principles of HRD OP. An analysis of the needs and problems of the target group have been made. The target group included in the proposal is quantified - all 4 new employees will be unemployed or inactive people under 29 years of age.
