"Ring" Ltd. is a company engaged in the production of cement and concrete mixtures, which by the project intends to create 15 new high-quality and sustainable jobs for the unemployed and / or inactive in region of Bulgaria with high levels of unemployment. The creation of new jobs will be achieved through the implementation of a set of activities that will be carried out within the project. The selection of people who will be provided with employment under the project will be implemented in cooperation with the representatives of the territorial structures of the Employment Agency, we will be ensured and interaction with local authorities - municipalities and town councils and the local community to identify and attract suitable candidates for employment who are currently inactive in the labor market. The selected persons will be provided with employment for at least 12 months of a scheme to provide grants and at least 50% of them will be guaranteed permanent employment. The aim of the Applicant is at least 50% of newly hired persons to be unemployed persons aged over 54, and young people under 29 years of age. "Ring" Ltd. aims the retention of all newly hired persons in the event that the quality and results of their work meet the standards of the company. To ensure the quality of the new jobs will be purchased modern equipment correlated with the positions on the project. In addition, part of the newly employed persons will be provided with appropriate training. The candidate expects to achieve long-term effect on the target group and the overall activities of the company after the completion of the project activities. The company will get the opportunity to work motivated people to establish themselves as security personnel in the company.
