The project proposal aims to ensure the creation of four jobs for the unemployed and inactive persons in the company for logging. For this purpose will be employed under an employment contract four people on duty "Operator forestry machines' code 83412005 NCOP 8 hour working day for a period of 12 months. They will be trained in a vocation with code 623 030 "mechanics of forestry machinery" and in "Mechanization of forestry 'acquisition of second degree profesionasna qualification and training on key competence" Digital competence "-" Computer Literacy ". For each of the new jobs will be provided for work equipment - chainsaws and will provide individual protection for newly employed persons complying with the requirements and specifics of the labor market. Besides mechanization necessary for the activity will be purchased and off-technique to ensure access to land recruitments for operation located in forest areas bottlenecks. This will ensure full technical completeness and mobility of persons newly appointed to act as a specialized team in the long run. Purchased fixed assets are targeted for certain activities only newly appointed persons and will be fully utilized only by them. With the implementation of the project will be promoted active involvement of four people in the labor market, thereby resulting qualification will increase their competitiveness and subsequent realization. Of new jobs will be appointed four persons, two of which will have the following specific categories - unemployed with low level of education and / or long-term unemployed and inactive persons, and / or unemployed individuals aged 54 years and / or young people up to 29 years inclusive, and in the selection of the other two persons, priority will be individuals from specific categories.
