The main purpose of project " New work places and sustainable employment in "Car Refine" Ltd." is: "To create opportunities for sustainable employment and qualification for unemployed/inactive 29 years old youth in the field of the maintenance of cars". Specific objectives of the project are: 1. To create and furnished 13 new work places for professional realization for unemployed youth or long-term unemployed persons in "Car Refine"Ltd. 2. Ensuring sustainable and long term employment of newhired employees for 12 months. 3. To create an opportunity for qualification and skills of the new-hire unemployed persons for effective professional development in "Car Refine"Ltd. These objectives will be achieved through the following activities are: Activity 1: Organization, management and control of project activities. Activity 2: Publicity and visualization of project activities. Activity 3: Equipment and furnishing for the new work places. Activity 4: Selection and choice of 13 unemployed/unactive persons for the new work places in "Car Refine"Ltd. Activity 5: Providing a sustainable employment for the new-hired persons in "Car Refine"Ltd. Activity 6: Training for professional qualification in "Car painting" for part of the new-hired employees. By the realization of theese activities and achieving the purposes will be provide opportunities for sustainable employment for 13 unemployed persons for minimum 1 year in Sofia city. The positions which they hired are: 5 autopainters; 3 sheetmetalworkers; 1 technician-mechanic; 1supplier; 1 warehouseman; 1 office manager and 1 accountant. Five of the selected persons will be trained by profession in "Car painting". For the new work places will be provided new equipment and furnishing for the each work placess needs.
