Creating new jobs at Florimont LTD

The main goal of the present projest is to make 30 job vacancies and to equip these jobs with any equipment neede for an year period and maintaining at least 15 jobs for another year after the project is done. The execution of this whole project is a result of the following complete activities: 1. Organization and management of the project - To confirm the team for projecy management - To set a plan and strategy for finishing the project - To personalize tasks and responsibilities inside the team - To set a system of judgement and response to teh Managing Authority and coordination 2. Selection and recruitment of stuff - Selection - Recruitment 3. Purchase of software and hardware and instalation of integrated system of bussiness management - Organization and conduction a procedure to choose an offer for equipment - Purchasing equipment - Installing the integrated bussiness management system 4. Information and publicity - To set a procedure to choose the provider - Realization of activities to increase publicity of goals, resources and source of funding of the project The result of these actions are the job vacancies, the equipment that is needed is purchased. All project activities are done right and accounted. Funding is made clear and public. Possitive circumstances are made to solve problems for the target group, increasing employment, easy way to employment, when being employed the quality of life is got better. Their competitiveness in labour market is gone higher long terms because of their greater professional experience and practice and better knowledge and level of qualification as well.
