Investments towards the creation of new jobs – a provision for the sustainable and competitive development of ZHSP STIL OOD

ZHSP STIL has started its activity in 1991 as a limited liability company registered under the Commerce Act. Its main activity is classified in Sector F, code 41.20 “Construction of residential and non-residential buildings” according to the Classification of economic activities 2008. Presently the company implements a number of construction projects, including the renovation of buildings for improving their energy efficiency, provision of access to private and public buildings for integrating people with disabilities, construction and renovation of playgrounds and relevant facilities, rehabilitation of parks and gardens, etc. The successful implementation of these projects is based on the great work and efforts of more than 50 employees presently engaged in the company. Through the realization of this project we plan to implement activities including the creation of new jobs for unemployed people up to 12 months at the positions “Construction worker” (3 newly employed), “Mason-plasterer” (5 employed), “Concrete finisher, concrete castings” (7 new jobs), “Plasterer” (5 newly employed). The project also includes the provision of necessary equipment for the new job positions, incl. personal protective equipment for all newly employed in the company. These activities will provide for the sustainable employment of 14 unemployed youths aged up to 29 years, 3 unemployed with an education lower than the secondary level as well as 3 unemployed people aged over 54 years – the company will provide them with 20 fully equipped new jobs. These results will ensure the achievement of the project basic objective, and namely: to encourage the company’s efforts towards the creation of new sustainable jobs through attracting unemployed people answering their needs of permanent jobs and incomes, establishing at the same team a team that will guarantee the long-term competitiveness and effectiveness of the company’s activity.
