“TI Plast” LTD was founded in 2011 and its main activity is purchasing plastic waste and their subsequent processing to receive the final product – regranulat. It is used as raw material for nylon, pipes and other household and industry products. Company’s base is in Devnya. We provide jobs for 12 people. Due to the constant increase in the volume of work it is needed creation of new jobs. The company’s management will open 10 work positions for manipulator of scrap. To perform their daily work, the manipulators do not need special education. Project proposal’s purposes are: - Opening new jobs - Reducing the unemployment in Devnya municipality - Hiring people with low education - Securing the work of the new employees, by purchasing working clothes, PPE and necessary equipment The aforementioned purposes will be achieved by the implementation of the following project activities: 1. Opening new jobs 2. Purchasing equipment and working clothes for the newly hired people 3. Securing project’s implementation by forming a team for managing the project 4. Providing publicity Due to the company’s nature of work, the project proposal is aimed at providing employment for the following target group specific category: Unemployed people with low education. By implementation of the activities, the project purposes will be achieved.
