New Workplace 2015

The aim of the project is to be provided employment to 8 (eight) persons for 12 months with subsidized employment (incl. investment support). Then the beneficiciary will garantee minimum 4 (four) work places for another 12 months. The beneficiary of the project is VIP PROPERTY EOOD, a company with experience in implementing activities similar to those included in the project - proposal. The proposed project manager has more than 10 years of experience in projects with European funding and has been managing and organized more than 15 projects, financed by PHARE and OP "Human Resources Development". Representatives of the target group are unemployed and inactive persons and it is planned : - To be provided employment to eight (8) persons, of which: - Minimum 1 (one) to be person up to 29years incl. - Minimum 4 (four) persons to be with low education level (below ISCED 3); The total cost of the project and the grant is 103 347.52 BGN without VAT. There are 4 (four) activities - A1: organization and management of the project with estimated value - 10 300 BGN (excl. VAT); A2: Information and publicity - with indicative value 2000 BGN (excl.VAT); A3: employ unemployed and / or inactive persons for a period of 12 months with indicative value - 61 067.52 BGN and A4: Acquisition Equipment / Fixtures and fittings for new jobs with indicative value - 29 980 BGN excl. VAT. The project costs are effective, efficient and economically justified, and the structure of the project budjet is respected, as well the requirements of the scheme. The project is in syncron and performs the three horizontal principle of OP HRD. The term of the project is 18 months, but not later than 31.12.2017. Place of the project is Plovdiv, Bulgaria. The performance indicator is (1) employed unemployed and inactive persens with target - 8 people and the indicator for result (2) is unemployed and inactive persons who have a job after the end of operation - target - 4 persons.
