"SVEMAR CONSULT" Ltd. integrates the activities of a network of specialists and experts in the field of management and business consulting. The company's mission is to provide expert support and professional consulting services to its customers - businesses and public institutions. The team of flexible expert groups working on different modules and specific problems includes consultants with diverse skills and proven experience and ensures quality and satisfaction among its customers. This project proposal entitled "New jobs in SVEMAR CONSULT - Varna" is aimed at creating sustainable employment of six unemployed and inactive persons. Will be created six jobs for expert programs and projects - 1; - Experts (inspectors) - 5 persons with a commitment to continuing the sustainable employment of 50% of them and after implementation of project activities. After competent assessment of market potential and attract foreign partner for the deployment of new business for the company - it was decided to start activities in the field of Certification of organic products. The development of the new direction requires attracting new quality and new qualification experts. This project proposal is in keeping with the procedure, namely to ensure the prerequisites for the creation of sustainable jobs for the unemployed and inactive persons. The specific objectives of the project are in line with investment priorities and specific objectives of the procedure. With envisaged in this project proposal activities the management will meet the requirements with emphasis on the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market. Through the implementation of innovative consultancy activities "SVEMAR Consult" Ltd. will provide financial stability and ensure the sustainability of the new jobs.
