The project proposal is aimed at achieving the following specific objectives: - Specific objectives 1 and 3 under Investment priority 1 of OPHRD, namely increasing the number of unemployed or inactive persons at age between 30 and 54 who have started work and increasing the number of unemployed or inactive persons at the age above 54 who have started work. - Specific objective 1 under Investment priority 3 of OPHRD, namely increasing the number of economically inactive young people up to the age of 29 out of education and training, who have received an offer for employment, internship or training during work (apprenticeship); The above objectives will be fulfilled through the implementation of the following activities: - The employment for a period of 12 months of 7 inactive and/or unemployed persons to the following positions: chef (2 persons), deputy chef (2 persons), salad master (1 person), meat cutter (1 person) and delivery man (1 person). To the positions of chefs will be appointed inactive or unemployed persons above the age of 54 while to the positions of deputy chefs will be appointed inactive or unemployed young people up to the age of 29. To the remaining positions will be appointed unemployed and/or inactive persons of between 30 and 54 of age. - Purchase of equipment necessary for the fulfillment of the professional obligations of the persons hired as part of the project; - Project management activities related to the selection, appointment and management of the persons hired as part of the project, to the selection of suppliers for the equipment and services for the project and to the reporting of the project activities in front of the Managing Body of OPHRD; - Providing public Information on and visualization of the project activities, including placing informational labels at the locations where the project is implemented and stickers on the equipment purchased as part of the project.
