Sustainable employment in the "Economical Eco Systems" Ltd.

The project proposal realizes the intended objectives of the Human Resources Development Operational Programme and priority axis 1 “Improving the access to employment and the quality of jobs” and the following objectives in particular: - access to employment for job-seekers and for inactive persons, including permanently unemployed persons, distant from the labour market; - sustainable integration into the labour market of young people. The candidate seeks to create new jobs by hiring five unemployed or inactive persons for the period of twelve months. Two of the persons will be hired on the position “Work with Clients Organizator”, ISCO code 33393020. Three of them will be hired as “Technical Contractors”, ISCO code 41102006. In order to adapt to the specifics of the jobs, the persons will take a course in key competence 4 “Digital Competence”. The employer will make certain costs to provide equipment for the new jobs, such as computer equipment, office furniture and software, as well as work wear. The activities will be implemented in Ruse, Veliko Tarnovo and Pleven. In order to reach sustainability of the project proposal, after signing the grant contract, the candidate commits to retain employment of three work places for at least twelve months without interruption after the final project report is approved. When hiring people from the target groups the candidate will make sure that there is no discrimination based on gender, race, ethnic origin, religion or beliefs, disabilities, age or sexual orientation. The enterprise will reach high employment level. Since the new employees will be given access to professional training, the quality of work will increase and therefore the company services will improve. The candidate will take measures to improve the knowledge and skills of its employees in the field of ecology. They will have the right of decent work and will create premises for economical and social cohesion.
