Creating new jobs in Riton-R Ltd - Varna

RITON-R "Ltd. is an advertising agency established in the city of Varna. Currently the company is among the leaders in manufacturing domed and logo magnets. In essence domed stickers are a popular way for branding of products and distinguishing mark among competitors. The company is specialized in the production of flexible domed stickers-3D technology with irregular shapes, sizes and different colors. The epoxy used for manufacturing provides a solid, scratch resistant coating for maximum protection and good aesthetic appearance of the logo. Advertising magnets are one of the most - effective promotional products. This is an advertising product in different shapes and colors, which are always visible and functional. This project proposal envisages setting up of four new jobs for expert employees. Of particular interest to us are young people under 29 who are the main target group of the project. Approximately 75% of new jobs has to be occupied by them. A delivery of cutting and printing plotter will be made, which will increase the production rate by 4 times. With newly purchased equipment will operate graphic designer who will develop projects. By installing the plotter will be possible to service a large number of orders simultaneously, which will create a need for finding new customers and in this respect will be appointed manager, key clients. To enable the production process to be controlled in an expanded volume of production and increased orders will be appointed manager, manufacturing technology. To boost internet advertising and improve its own Internet presentation and positioning will be assigned programmer websites. The company has identified a market possibility with great potential for development. The appointment of four new employees in the project proposals is very timely action and will create conditions for permanent employment for a minimum of 2 persons employed on the project, and why not all of them.
