New opportunities for professional realization in "VIP Security" Ltd.

The project proposal "New opportunities in" VIP Security "Ltd. aims to give a chance to young unemployed people under 29 years of age, unemployedpersons aged 54 years and long-term unemployed and inactive people to start working in the field of security industry. The project provides subsidiary employment for 80 persons in the target groups for a period of 12 months. The project is consistent with the company needs and specific operations and meanwhile entirely corresponds and actively contributs to the objectives of the EU strategy "Europe 2020" in the field of employment and combating poverty and social exclusion and achieve the conditions for smart , sustainable and inclusive growth. Creation of new jobs opportunities through Human Resources Development Operational Programme procedure "New job initiative 2015", will give the chance of the company to participate active in resolving existing problems in the labor market and particular, according the specific of the activities, will help the recruitment of persons from some of the most vulnerable social groups, will lead to their removal from the social system and building work habits, will create conditions for their professional development, boost their competitiveness and as an overall effect will lead to their sustainable integration in the market labor. The project also includes activities of administration and reporting of the progress and implementation of the purposes, that will be delegated to the management team as well as activities to promote the implementation, objectives and results. All project proposal activities are consistent and fully correspond to the priorities and objectives of the procedure "New job initiative 2015", that means - sustainable integration in the labor market of young people and those permanently remote from it.
