New jobs in MG Angelov Ltd

The needs that are going to be satisfied with the implementation of this project are creation and improvement of the quality of jobs in the field of specific construction works, site preparation and clearance particularly demolition and construction waste transport. The project target groups are: low educated unemployed people, long-term unemployed or inactive people, unemployed people over the age of 54, young people up to the age of 29. The project objectives are: creation of sustainable jobs, including for those people disadvantaged in the labor market, creation of 29 sustainable jobs at MG Angelov LTD. The expected results are: 29 new jobs created for the following positions: laborer in construction of buildings – 4 people, laborer in maintenance of buildings– 4 people, demolition worker – 20 people, wheeled loading shovel driver – 1 person. Assuring 12-month employment of 29 people: at least 20 of them representatives of the following target groups: low educated unemployed people, long-term unemployed or inactive people, unemployed people over the age of 54, young people up to the age of 29. Equipment purchased for the needs of the newly created jobs at the company under this project, benefitting the work of 29 newly employed workers. Successful project management – including a project team of 3 newly hired people. Visualization – press conferences, brochures, posters, visualization board, and media publications providing information about the project implementation. Main project activities are: hiring unemployed or inactive people in MG Angelov Ltd., fixed asset investments for the needs of newly created jobs, project management, visualization and publicity.
