The project proposal aims at opening 5 new working places at “Prista Fruct” Ltd. in order to ensure equal access to employment for one of the most disadvantaged groups on the labour market: long-term unemployed and inactive people. By realizing a set of activities, focused on ensuring and guaranteeing of long-term employment, the project will contribute to the economic and social activation of people from the specific target group, their reintegration into the labour market and significantly improving their quality of life. The horizontal principles of “Human Resources Development 2014 – 2020” OP are laid down and will be kept upon fulfillment of all activities – recruitment, inclusion in subsidiary employment, selection of contractors. Sustainability of results is foreseen, namely upon completion of the financial support for subsidiary employment, “Prista Fruct” Ltd. will keep minimum 3 working places, for which the company will ensure own resources. The project’s activities are planned and selected in such a way, that they fully contribute to the achievement of the project goals. The expected results are measurable and are a way of achieving the set in the proposal indicators. In pursuance of the principal for good financial management, constant control, monitoring and reporting will be performed during all project phases.
