The project envisages provision of 7 new sustainable jobs in the "Sortovi Semena" JSC. In order to create a favorable working environment, revealed the project jobs will be equipped and furnished. This project meets the needs of unemployed young people under 29 years of age or inactive to create conditions for access to employment and sustainable inclusion in the labor market. Providing employment of "Sortovi semena" is a field that is sufficiently attractive and relevant to young people and at the same time is an area of professional development, which enables man to appearances, to express themselves and show their knowledge and skills. Applicants under this project is a company that continues to develop and expand the directions in which we invest and work. This procedure is in line with the strategic objectives of "Sortovi Semena" JSC and in particular in hiring young people and their social inclusion, by satisfying the needs of the company for sustainable development and the creation of real opportunities for personal and professional development of active and ambitious people. Target groups of the project are: Unemployed youths up to 29 years inclusive; Inactive persons. The project aims to create seven sustainable jobs in the "Sortovi semena" JSC through employment of unemployed and inactive people under 29 years old and inactive. As a result, the project target groups will gain skills and knowledge and will gain employment habits. Key project activities: 1. Organisation and project management; 2.Election contractors of the project; 3. Purchase of equipment, furniture; 4.Selection, recruitment and employment. 5. Activities for information and publicity.
