The needs which are going to be satisfied with the project implementation are the creation of employment and the improvement of the quality of jobs particularly in the field of information technologies and professional digital printing solutions. The target groups treated by the project are long-term unemployed and inactive persons; unemployed aged over 54 years; young people up to 29 years. The project objectives are: the creation of sustainable jobs, including disadvantaged at the labor market; creation of 12 new jobs in a company - DPS Bulgaria Ltd. The expected results are: Created 12 jobs including: Commercial representative – 6 persons; Sales consultant – 2 persons; Office assistant – 1 person; Shop assistant – 1 person; Online seller – 1 person; Technical assistant – 1 person. Provision of employment for 12 people, out of which at least 6, representatives of target groups such as (young people up to 29 years; long-term unemployed and inactive persons, unemployed persons over 54 years). Purchased and employed new equipment for the purposes of the 12 newly created jobs; High quality project management, including – an appointed team of three members; Visualization - conducted and developed - press conferences; brochures; posters; an information board and publications in the media releasing project information. The main project activities are: Hiring of unemployed and / or inactive in DPS Bulgaria Ltd; Investments in tangible and intangible assets for the purposes of the new jobs; Project management; and Visualization and publicity.
