New chance for qualification and long-term employment at Velimira Group Ltd.

The project proposal aims at opening 30 new working places at "Velimira Grup" Ltd. in order to ensure the equal access to employment in both defined as vulnerable groups on the labour market: unemployed people over the age of 54 and up to 29 years of age incl., as well as providing 12 of them with professional training. The project will contribute to the long-term incorporation of initially less accepted by the employeed target groups, by realizing specific set of activities aimed at access to employment, acquiring of qualification, providing for the material resources necessary for the job creation. The young people up to 29 years of age incl. usually have little or no working experience and due to that reason they hardly manage to convince the companies in their abilities and qualification and the job applicants in mature age are frequently rejected and seen by employers as harder to adapt to the contemporary requirements of the working environment. Those tendencies turn the representatives of the projects target groups into potential employees who are passive and unmotivated. The project activities are planned and selected to fully contribute to the achievement to the project goals. The expected results are measurable and achieving the set in the proposal indicators. In pursuance of the principle for good financial management during all project phases constant monitoring and reporting will be performed. The horizontal principles of OPHRD are laid down and will be kept upon fulfillment of all activities - recruitment, inclusion of subsidiary employment, selection of contractors, trainings, management and visualisation. Sustainability of the results is foreseen, namely: 1. After completing the financial support for subsidiary employment, "Velimira Grup" Ltd. will keep the minimum of 18 working places; 2. Upon completing of the operation, 12 of the unemployed people hired during the project will have acquired professional qualification.
