New opportunities for work implementation and qualification enhancement in DP Support Ltd

The project proposal "New opportunities for work implementation and qualification enhancement in DP Support Ltd" aims to give a chance to unemployed persons aged 54 years and long-term unemployed and inactive persons to start work as personal assistants, and receive training in the field of welfare. The project provides subsidized employment for 20 persons in the target groups for a period of 12 months. It is worth 162 810.00 lev duration of 15 months. The project proposal is consistent with the needs of the enterprise and its specific activities, while is fully responsible and actively contributing to the objectives of the EU strategy "Europe 2020" in the field of employment and combating poverty and social exclusion and achieves the conditions for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth. Enabling the creation of new jobs provided by OPHRD`s procedure "New Workplace 2015", will help company to actively participate in resolving the existing problems in the labor market - employment of persons from some of the most vulnerable social groups qualifying them in a very human profession, will contribute to their removal from passive participation in the social system, will develop their work habits, will create conditions for vocational training and personal development, will boost their competitiveness and overall will lead to their sustainable integration the labor market. The project includes the activities of administration and reporting on the progress and implementation of the objectives that will be delegated to the management team as well as activities to promote the implementation, objectives and results of the project. All pledged to implement activities are consistent and fully correspond to the priorities and objectives of the procedure "New workplace" and are aimed at supporting the achievement of national objectives in implementing the strategy "Europe 2020".
