"New skills of new jobs in Polimona Ltd."

The project is aimed at creating new job places for unemployed persons who once hired a contract of employment will go through vocational training in "Graphic Design" and key competence 4 "Digital competence" according to the European Qualification Framework necessary for the job places. The essence of the measures under the project implies a corresponding selection and establishment of labor motivation present among unemployed persons from the target group in the location of the project - Montana and the creation of 10 new job places in the company applicant Polimona Ltd., the inclusion of the newly appointed persons in a training scheme for formation of a basic digital competence and professional qualifications, approbation of newly acquired professional knowledge and skills in business practice through active involvement of the recruitments in the activities of the employer and ultimately ensuring a 12-month subsidized employment, which has all the prerequisites to become stable and constant for the next 12 months after project completion. The project envisages providing support to the employer for investment and labor costs related to the creation of new job places. The project is aimed at 10 unemployed people from Montana at least 6 of whom are young people under the age of 29. After completion of the project activities the employer will keep workplace for 12 months at least 50% of employees under the project.
