Create of the sustainable jobs for unemployed and inactives persons in ET "KALEV-48-IVAN KALEV"

Et "Kalev-48-Ivan Kalev" is an enterprise with main subject of activity is the production of cereal-based foods-ready-to-eat pasta, perishable and durable pastries to retail; preparation and delivery of ready-to-eat meals; catering; Organization and realization of hospital and school canteens, with KIDD code 10.71 "Bread, bakery and fresh pastries”. The establishment serves a number of hospital and school sites. In connection with the growing activity of the company "Kalev-48-Ivan Kalev" there is a need to open up new jobs of posts: a "Bread and bakery products", a" Technologist, Technician, mechanic, food industry", "Sales representative", "Baker", "Packer", "Janitor, Master bakery", "Dispatcher", "Vendor consultant" and "Driver". The project is planned to be opened 26 new jobs and be employed 26 persons by categories: unemployed persons with a low level of education (ISCED 3 below), the long-term unemployed and inactive persons, unemployed persons over the age of 54 years, unemployed young people to 29yars incl. -9 persons. The main objective of the project proposal is aimed at providing jobs to unemployed persons and inactive persons and the creation of sustainable jobs in the "ET" Kalev-48-Ivan Kalev ". 11 from the newly employed persons training will be provided for the acquisition of professional qualifications. It is envisaged that the provision of training in two key competence "communication in foreign languages"-training in German language of 5 by newly employed persons. 10 of the new working places will be equipped. The project activities are provided for the management of the project and activities for awareness and publicity. Employment of 14 of new jobs will be retained for a minimum of 12 months after completion of the project. Implementation of the project activities will allow employees to start working and will provide them with the opportunity for learning and professional and career development.
