This project proposal aims at opening new jobs for a rapidly growing company in the field of import and marketing of interior textiles. The company is a direct importer of fine curtains, blinds, curtain rods and fabrics with a wide variety of scales and patterns. In order to provide new jobs, the company will expand its business by increasing staffing in two commercial sites in Varna and is expected to be provided a total of 6 jobs for the unemployed and inactive persons. Priority company will appoint three persons up to 29 years old, an unemployed person over 54 years and two unemployed or inactive. Persons will be employed on the following positions: Office Manager - 1 person and Shop assistants - 5 persons. The project will purchase the necessary equipment to the formation of relevant jobs. In connection with the creation of sustainable jobs, the project provides training in foreign languages (Russian language) of all six persons and a number of training in digital competence of the Office manager.
