New beginning with „ANDY BG“ LTD

ANDY BG Ltd's subject of activity is design, equipment supply, installation and maintenance of security systems: Video surveillance and video control; Fire extinguishing and fire alarm systems; Security alarms; Access control and time attendance; Parking; Sound and announcement systems; Building management and control; Structural cabling; Computer networks; Electric installations. The Company operates in a Production and Trading Centre and Administrative building with area of 3 600 m2 - 2 separate buildings - business-administration with showroom and a production site – rental. At the moment the company employs 163 people. The project activities provide employment for the target group of 20 unemployed and inactive persons of the target group of the project. For successful employment all necessary equipment will be provided with training for professional skills as part of the profession Electrician, specialty Electrical production equipment with code 5220204. Also to reinforce the knowledge and qualification of the new employees, trainings for Key Competence 4 Digital competence will be conducted. The expected results of the project are: successful inclusion within 12 months of 20 unemployed and inactive persons in the Company’s workforce, purchase of equipment necessary for the carried out duties and training related to the specific job functions. The Management of ANDY BG Ltd., declares commitment to keep the workplaces of minimum 50 % of the target group of the project for 1 year after the completion of project activities. The specific activities of the project are: Coordination and management of the project, hiring of unemployed and inactive persons, conduction of trainings, purchase of equipment, information and publicity, as the organization has experience of successfully completed preceding projects.
