New workplaces in Stam LTD OOD

The realization of the project is aimed at facilitating the inclusion and participation in the labor market of unemployed people aged between thirty and fifty-four, unemployed young people under age twenty-nine and unemployed people over age fifty-four by providing quality employment opportunities in STAM LTD OOD and increase their competitiveness. To achieve the targets of the project activities will be realized, related to the hiring of unemployed persons for a period up to twelve months and the purchase of equipment, specialized software and instruments necessary for the creation of the new working positions. In order to ensure better integration of the newly appointed to the new positions and to ensure the most highly successful execution of their work tasks an introducing training in the workplace will be provided, and then will be determined experienced mentors from the department in the company to provide ongoing support to newly recruited. Accompanying the main activities are the activities of the organization and management of the project and activity for information and publicity. After implementation of project activities stable employment for at least half of the newly hired persons will be provided, and the rest of them will have gained additional work experience, knowledge and skills to promote their integration into the labor market.
