Creating new jobs in Polymermetal Ltd. by expanding production

The project activities are limited to the detection of 8 new jobs "Polimermetal" Ltd. by expanding the range of offered products and services. For this purpose we will invest in the supply of equipment and technology for the production of a new product (service). Will deliver and launch into operation equipment for applying self-leveling rubber flooring for playgrounds, sports facilities, walks in gardens and parks. All equipment is portable (mobile) and will be served from 5 recruitments: - Machine for applying and spreading - 1 person; - Machine spraying glue - 1 person; - Mixer - 1 person; - Additional hand tools - 2 laborers. To carry out this work does not need employees to have certain qualifications. For these positions will be hired 4 people with a low education level (below average - ISCED 3) of the target groups inactive and unemployed Roma participants aged 30 to 54 years incl.; unemployed and inactive participants aged up to 29 years incl. with primary or lower education and the first person to head the group with at least secondary education and work experience - inactive and unemployed person over 54 years. Employed 18 persons in Polimermetal have a median age 54 years, of which 6 persons already retired, aged 63 years. It is their place to prepare and hire people who after gaining practical knowledge and experience required of holders successfully to replace some of the jobs. (eg. a shop assistant, electrician, mechanic, forklift driver, laboratory assistant, machine operator). This will appoint 3 persons with the necessary education for the position of the target group "inactive and unemployed person over 54 years" or target group "Long-term unemployed and inactive persons from 30 to 54 years "
