Peter Terziev" is a manufacturer of undergarments. More than 20 years the company specializes in the production of men's, women's and children's underwear. There are over 150 models lingerie, in various categories, women's panties, women string, women braziliani, women's Bras, women's undervests, etc.; men's Boxer shorts, men’s briefs, men's kits, as well as high-quality children's underwear. The organization is currently working on contract with 10 employees in the production department. Extension of production assortment and the constant maintenance of stocks contributed to the need for investment in human resources-hiring new employees, training for newly appointed individuals, purchasing high-quality equipment. Development strategy of "Peter Terziev" foreseen to increase staff in the production with 6 persons tailors and to be separated Trade Department to work experts in marketing. The specifics of the industry account outflow of labor from the garment trade. In this connection the efforts and objectives of the project are aimed at the recruitment of unemployed and inactive persons to be trained specially for the position to which they are assigned, thus ensuring the relationship between employer and employees. The results, which are expected to be achieved is to ensure sustainable employment of newly appointed 10 persons on the project, increasing motivation of employees and social adaptation in the new working environment. Commitment of the leadership of the "Peter Terziev" is to preserve the jobs of min. 50% of the target group of the project within 1 year after the completion of project activities. The project activities include: Organization and management of the project, hiring of unemployed and inactive persons for a period of 12 months of position: tailor men's/women's apparel code 75311003 – 6 persons and Expert marketing 24316002 – 4 persons, conducting trainings, purchasing equipment, information and publicity.
