Creating new workplaces and professional development in Convergetn Media EOOD

Convergent Media was established in 2002 in Sofia with main activity - production of software for the television production and production of television advertising. The company is headquartered in Sofia, but because of the specificity of services, the main operative - technical point is situated in the town Karlovo .This project aims to provide access to employment of job seekers and inactive people aged over 30 and young people under 29 from the town Karlovo and region. By using own resources, the company will provide active employment and subsequent corporate development. As a result of the project will be created and employed 10 people. That will increase the number of started work unemployed or inactive people aged between 30 and 54 , and the number of involved in employment, young people aged up to 29 years incl. ,with secondary or higher education.The project provides a set of activities in recruitment and adaptation of the new staff aimed at keeping them in the company and after the programmed period.The plan of implementation includes the following activities : selection and recruitment of unemployed and inactive persons; Organization and management; Purchase of equipment , DNA and furniture ; Publicity , visualization and dissemination of the project results .The 10 new jobs will be engaged wih operatioanl service of one of the main spheres of the company - monitoring of television content. As a result of the project the newly employed 10 people'll increase their expertise in IT and media services, which will provide sustainability in their professional development. As a reslut of the project exectution 5 job positions will be suistained.
