Opening new job positions and improving the quality of the working environment in Eufunds Consulting Ltd.

The project will be implemented by Eufunds Consulting LTD. The company meets both the general and specific requirements for eligibility of the applicants under the present procedure for project proposals. The common goal is to improve the quality of the working environment in Eufunds Consulting Ltd and to expand the opportunities of the unemployed and inactive people. Specific objectives: • Expanding the opportunities of the unemployed and inactive people by hiring them in the company to cover its needs. • Providing the newly employed personnel with appropriate conditions for the implementation of their direct obligations by purchasing essential equipment and a motor vehicle. In order the planned results to be achieved, the project proposal is expected to complete the following activities: • Organization and management. • Hiring of unemployed and/or inactive people. • Selecting contractors of project activities. • Purchasing the required equipment for the newly employed personnel in order to accomplish their obligations. • Purchasing a motor vehicle, which is to be used for implementing the official duties of the newly employed personnel. • Insurance of the motor vehicle. • Providing information and publicity= Total eligible expenses: 80 581,80 BGN. Total amount of the grant: 80 581,80 BGN (100%). The project will be implemented on the territory of Bulgaria and will NOT be in any partnership with other companies or organizations. Duration of the project: 18 months. Project results: • Five newly employed personnel hired on a full time contract of employment for a period of 12 months. • New equipment and a new motor vehicle, which are to be used for implementing the official duties of the newly employed personnel. • Increased public awareness of the EU financial contribution to the project.
