CREATION OF SUSTAINABLE JOBS FOR THE UNEMPLOYED AND INACTIVE PERSONS IN "MTK ZNANIE" LTD

The project proposal "Creating sustainable jobs for the unemployed and inactive persons in " MTK Znanie "LTD was developed by a procedure for granting funds BG05M9OP001-1.003 "NEW WORKPLACE 2015", with the financial support of Operational Program "Development of Human Resources ", funded by the EU through the ESF. The overall objective, which the applicants set, is to employ inactive persons, including long-term unemployed and people distant from the labour market, by providing training tailored to their education and capabilities, as well as the needs and requirements of the company. The activities, the implementation of which the goal of the project will realize, are: o Employment of unemployed and / or inactive for a period of 12 months; o Provision of vocational training and key competencies training provided to those persons who are already employed under the project; o Purchase of equipment, furniture for the new workplaces of the target group; o Information and publicity to promote the financial support of the HRD OP, co-financed by the EU through the ESF. Sustainability of the project results will be achieved by keeping the workplace for at least one year by a half of the employed persons under the project, after completion of the project activities. This procedure builds on the activities undertaken and the results achieved under the project "Development of a Vocational Training Center", funded by the scheme to provide grants: BG051PO001-1.2.03 "Promoting the launch of projects to develop private business" - Component II " OP HRD. The overall objective of that project related to improving the quality of life, acquiring new knowledge and skills to participate fully in the society and the right to decent work was realized with the opening of two new jobs for unemployed job seekers. Their work at the Centre for Vocational Training "MTK Znanie" LTD contributes to improving employment and promoting social inclusion.
