"INCLUSION IN EMPLOYMENT IN" BMN ENGINEERING "LTD and TRAINING OF UNEMPLOYED AND INACTIVE YOUTH"

The project proposal "Inclusion in employment in" BMN Engineering "Ltd and training of unemployed and inactive youth” was developed by a procedure for granting funds BG05M9OP001-1.003 "NEW WORKPLACE 2015", with the financial support of Operational Program "Development of Human Resources "financed by the EU through the ESF. The main objective of the project proposal - creating favourable conditions for professional, socio-economic and personal development of twelve young people aged under 29 who are unemployed and / or inactive, will contribute to enhancing the qualifications and sustainable integration in the labour market. Achieving the goal will ensure social inclusion for those young people, earned income and social security rights, tax revenues and social security contributions to the state. The main activities, the implementation of which the goal of the project will realize, are: o Employment of 12 young people who are unemployed and / or inactive in "BMN Engineering" LTD for a period of one year; o Provision of vocational training and key competencies training to the persons already employed in the project; o Purchase of equipment and furniture for the new jobs. The appliances and devices purchased with funds under this procedure, which are needed for the elaboration of the new workplaces of the target group, will be used in the daily work of more than one person. In the project proposal is included a minimum work equipment, as type and quantity, necessary for the smooth workflow at the new workplaces created. Sustainability of the project results will be achieved by keeping the job for at least one year by a half of the persons employed under the project, after completion of the project activities.
