Providing employment and work in “Vlayana” Ltd.

The overall objective of the project is to create 6 new permanent jobs for unemployed and inactive people, by providing them a professional training and in terms of insured investment costs for equipment, related to the new jobs for the target group.The project will be appointed on contracts with 6 people, who are the same as the target group.Two of them will be an unemployed youth, under 29 years, three unemployed people over 54 years, and 1 inactive or unemployed people from 30 to 54 years.According to the category of NCO 2011 and the range of the individual professional groups from 2 to 9 classification:3 people-classification 3–Technicians and specialists, 3434 Master Chef–and 3 people-classification 5–Staff, employed in public services, trade and security ,which 1 person 5132-Bartender and 2 people 5223–Shop-assistant. After signing their contracts, people from the target groups will be involved into professional training as a part of profession–second professional grade, with duration of 300 school lessons, as follows:3 people will be trained the profession “Cook”, 2 people–“Shop–assistant”, and one person-“Bartender”. According to the Bulgarian laws, after the professional training, the people will receive documents for their attendance. It is planned to be purchased equipment for the new jobs.This equipment contains:dough, combo for snacks, pizza ovens, slicer, and vertical freezer, coffee machine, coffee grinder, refrigerator with door, horizontal refrigerated shop window. A signboard will be made and put into a suitable place;700 leaflets will be made and will be given to the people as well as 12 information stickers will be put on the purchased equipment.Everything will be in accordance with “The guide of the beneficiary for the implementation of the rules for information and communication 2014-2020”.The whole activity will be lead by a team, which will be responsible for the project and its implementation and reporting, according to the requirements.
