Creating new jobs "Dimana" AD

DIMANA was founded in 1992. The main activity of" DIMANA "AD is the production of textiles. The production is sold in the country and abroad. Product quality is related to investments in staff training and improving working conditions in the workplace. One of the main goals of the company is the development of human resources to ensure higher employment. This project contributes to creating conditions for employment of the unemployed who fall within the priority target groups of the program. The focus is directed towards the integration of some of the most - vulnerable groups in the labor market - unemployed over 54 years old and under 29 year incl. and inactive. The objectives of the project proposal correspond to the objectives of the "Development of human resources" to achieve high levels of employment and strengthening social inclusion. The project envisages implementation of the following activities: Activity 1: rental unemployed for up to 12 months Activity 2 : Forming a team organization and management of project Activity 3: Visualization and publicity; Activity 4: Providing equipment for new jobs. With their implementation will provide employment for 20 representatives of vulnerable groups. With the implementation of the project objectives the ability to expand the measures to increase employment.
