Equal start and new opportunities for employment and training for unemployed and inactive youths in "Jamaica" EAD

Overall objective of the e to improve employment prospects for unemployed and inactive youths through creation of sustainable jobs in the field of legal consultancy services. This will be achieved by promoting equal opportunities for economic activity and support for adaptation to the new jobs of the target group. The target group of this project are unemployed people under 29 years, registered in the Labour Office in Sofia-City and inactive people under 29 years, motivated to develop professionally in the field of consulting services. The implementation of the project objective will be accomplished through a combination of the following activities: Organization and management of the project; Information and publicity; Hiring unemployed and inactive youths for a period of 12 months; Purchase of equipment; Conducting training in four key competence 4 "Digital competence". Following the implementation of these activities expected results are: - Conducted 14 team meetings; - Publicity provided by the distribution of two publications in print and/or electronic media; Made a information sign outside the office for the project - 1; - Put stickers on equipment; - Selected and revealed 15 new jobs in "Jamaica" EAD: 10 position "Junior legal counsel"/"Legal counces" and 5 for position "Clerk"; - Signed labor contracts for 12 months with 15 representatives of the target group; - Created sustainable jobs, 8 of them will be reserved 12 months after the end of the project; Purchased and delivered equipment - 15 notebooks with license, 1 multifunctional copier machine, 15 stationar IP phones; - Within 45 hours a training was conducted key competence 4 "Digital competence" for 15 representatives of the target group; - Issued 15 certificates to the representative of the target group who have successfully completed training in key competence 4 "Digital competence".
