"New work places and sustainable employement in MARICATEK JsCo"

The purpose of project "New work places and sustainable employement in MARITSATEK JsCo"is: " To create new work places for sustainable employment, training and career opportunities for unemployed / inactive persons in the manufacture of fabrics in MARITSATEK JsCo" Specific project purposes: 1." To create and equip 10 new work places to provide quality work process for employees" 2. "To create conditions for effective work and ensure sustainable employment for employees for an extended period of time" 3."To enable training and qualification of new staff for effective professional development in MARITSATEK JScO". These objectives will be achieved through the following activities are: Activity 1: management, organization and control of project activities. Activity 2: Implementation of publicity activities and visualization of the project. Activity 3: Provision of equipment and furnishing of the new work places. Activity 4: Selection and choice of 10 unemployed persons for the new work places in MARITSATEK JScO. Activity 5: Providing a sustainable employment for the new-hired persons in MARITSATEK JScO. Activity 6: Training for acquiring professional qualification of new-hired employees. By the realization of theese activities and achieving the purposes will be provide opportunities for sustainable employment for 10 unemployed persons for minimum 1 year in the manufacture of fabrics in Plovdiv city. They will be hired at the following positions: 3 Weaver; 1 Skrobvach; 1 Sectional master and 5 Machine operator, dyeing of fibers, textiles. New employees will be trained in the profession "Operator in textile production". For the new work places will be provided new equipment and furnishings according to the needs of each new job.
