The project "Creating sustainable jobs for unemployed / inactive persons" SGS Build "Ltd." aims "To create conditions for sustainable employment and career opportunities in the field of construction activities." The specific objectives of the project are: 1. To create new jobs for unemployed / inactive persons and / or young people up to 29 years to work in "SGS Build" Ltd; 2. Ensuring sustainable and long-term employment of new employees in "SGS Build" LTD. 3. Development of knowledge and skills in new employed for effective professional development. The objectives will be achieved through implementation of the following successive operations: Activity 1: Organization and management of project activities; Action 2: Implementation of publicity and visualization of the project; Activity 3: Select the unemployed / inactive people and provide employment for them in the "SGS Build" Ltd "; Activity 4: Providing equipment and furniture for new jobs; Activity 5: Providing employment "SGS Build" Ltd; Activity 6: Implementation of training on specialty - "Internal lining and flooring" new hired construction workers. Through the implementation of these actions will achieve the following measurable results: - In Bansko will be possible to reveal six new jobs in the following positions: Worker, construction insulation - 3 persons; Worker, floor coverings and flooring - 2 and 1 office manager; - 5 new employee will be given the opportunity to improve their skills as a trained professional field, "Construction" for acquiring profession "Builder" by training specialty - "Inside, finishes and flooring," 2 nd degree of acquiring profession. Each successfully completed training will be issued a certificate by name. - On the new jobs created will be provided equipment and furniture to ensure effective work.
