The project proposal of "Industrial Commerce" Ltd. provides an opportunity for unemployed young people to start work and find their professional realization, to ensure economic stability and better future. The project envisages a complex of measures to encourage the activity of young people to start active work search and career development opportunities. It is part of the initiatives of the labor market aimed at tackling unemployment and providing sustainable jobs. Through the project the employer "Industrial Commerce" Ltd. will be an active participant in these initiatives and will give a chance to young people who have the motivation for start working in a company with established market positions and high prestige. The target group of the project are young people up to 29 years of age. The main goal of the project proposal is to provide an opportunity for young people up to 29 years to start a new job corresponding to their needs for work and the needs of the employers of increasing the human capital. To achieve this objectives "Industrial commerce" Ltd. will take advantage of incentives for employers provided in the procedure "New Workplace 2015" for the opening of 14 new positions for unemployed under 29 years of age and employment for a period of 12 months; training of employees by key competences 2 -"Communication in foreign languages" and key competences 4 "Digital competence"; the purchase of equipment, furniture, DNA and stationary related to the process of opening new job positions. These activities will help to increase the motivation of the target groups for their active involvement in the work process, improve their self-esteem, attitude to work and satisfaction worked as a basis for achieving better professional results.
