EMPLOYMENT AT "PATSTROI 99"

The overall objective of the project is: Creation of sustainable job positions for unemployed and/or inactive people from Montana Municipality. The specific objectives are: 1 / Equipment of workplaces and employment of 9 unemployed/inactive people in the company "PATSTROI 99" OOD for a period of 12 months; 2 / Providing of vocational training for acquiring new professional qualifications of the persons employed within the project; 3 / Maintaining of minimum 5 workplaces for at least 12 months after the end of the project. As a result of the project implementation the following results will be achieved: - 9 unemployed/inactive persons will be employed by the employer "PATSTROI 99" OOD for a period of 12 months; - Equipment will be purchased for the workplaces for the employees involved in the project; - 5 of the persons employed within the project will acquire professional qualification in the profession "Mechanic of transport equipment", specialty "Road transport equipment" and 4 of them will acquire professional qualification in the profession "Worker at road construction"; - Minimum 5 of the disclosed workplaces will be retained by the employer for a period of at least 12 months after completion of the project. In order to achieve the planned results the following activities will be implemented: - Organizing and conducting of tender procedures for the procurement of external services / supplies; - Selection of representatives of the target groups for involvement in the project; - Purchase of equipment necessary for the newly created workplaces; - Employment of 20 unemployed and/or inactive persons for a period of 12 months; - Vocational training for the employed people under the project; - Activities for information and publicity; - Organization and management activities.
