This project proposal aims to provide sustainable jobs in the company “STIL-M Consult” with an emphasis on hiring long-term unemployed professionals and young people, who will receive access to the labor market. Training on key competencies and opportunity for development and job training will be provided for the young people. The project goals are directly related to Priority Axis 1: “Improving the access to employment and job quality" - OP "Human Resources" and especially the Investment Priority 1 “Access to employment for job seekers and inactive people, including long-term unemployed and people furthest from the labor market, and also through local employment initiatives and support for labor mobility” and Investment Priority 3 “Sustainable integration into the labor market of young people, particularly in those, who are not engaged in employment, education or training including young people at risk of social exclusion and young people from marginalized communities, including through implementation of the Youth Guarantee (ESF)”. With this project will be created four jobs and employed four persons, one of them long-term unemployed or inactive, two youth under 29 years old and one unemployed between the ages 30 and 54 on these positions: "Business Consultant", two Accountants and “Office Manager”. For the assurance of the quality of the work places , will be equipped with the necessary equipment and software and will be provided training on key competence under the European Qualifications Framework "Communication in foreign languages", "Digital competence" . The necessary publicity and awareness of the project will be provided, also organization of the project management.
