New jobs development in Belsim Ltd.

"New jobs development in Belsim Ltd" is a project proposal that initiates the creation of new jobs in the activities of Belsim Ltd., through the financial support of OP "HRD" in the amount of 118 252 lv. for a period of 15 months. The project envisages the creation of new job positions in the company and providing of the minimum required personal protective equipment, clothing and inventory for new employees. According to the needs and capabilities of the company, 12 new jobs are provided to detect in the operational and the administrative cycle of Belsim Ltd. - detailed in Activity 2 of the Implementation Plan. Working positions are newly created and need to be equipped according to the specific needs of the work station and therefor - new, modern and relevant protective equipment, clothing and materials will be purchased. The project includes activities that facilitate the administration and accounting of the project, which will be delegated to the management team, as well as activities to promote the implementation, objectives and results of the project. All scheduled for implementation in the proposal activities are consistent and fully correspond to the set procedure priorities and specific objectives, namely sustainable integration in the labor market of young people and those permanently away from the same, as the target group will be comprehensive, involving the low educated, inactive or long-term unemployed and other marginalized social groups market environment. The implementation of activities under the project proposal will contribute to reducing unemployment among the target group and will allow for future development of staff. The project creates prerequisites and conditions for economic and sustainable development on the basis of improving the quality of employees' work and promoting their personal fulfillment.
