Creating new jobs and providing adequate conditions for work and employment in a company for building work

The project proposal is aimed at creating new sustainable jobs in the field of finishing bilding activities. Thanks to the incentives, provided by the procedure " New Workplace 2015" OP HRD, the applicant will provide better opportunities for sustainable employment and income for the unemployed and inactive persons,through the revealing of the new jobs and providing modern and appropriate equipment for their labor activity and better working conditions . Four jobs are planned to be open for persons in the following specific categories of the labor market: -unemployed young people under 29 years of age; -unemployed persons aged over 54 years; -unemployed persons with low level of education; -long-term unemployed and inactive persons in the labor market. In the Project initiatives shall be implemented the following activities: 1. Organization and project management. 2. Visualization, information and publicity; 3. Hiring of unemployed and / or inactive persons and provision of employment; 4. Purchase of equipment for the new jobs; The activities are aimed at providing equal opportunities and preventing any discrimination against different groups of people in risk on the labor market to improve the access to employment, reducing social exclusion and combating poverty. The project activities focus on the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market . The main goal of the Project Proposal is aimed at providing sustainable employment, provision of income, reduction and prevention of unemployment, social exclusion and improvement of the adaptability of individuals in risk on the labor market. Employment will be provided for 4 persons for a period of 12 months and maintain the employment for a period of 12 months of at least 50% of them. The Project addresses intentions for initiatives, in the context of the scheduled objectives and priorities of OP HRD OP 2014 -2020 in the field of employment.
