Creating conditions for higher and better jobs by opening new jobs in Independent Medical Diagnostic Laboratory "Kandilarov"

Independent medical diagnostic laboratory “Kandilarov” Ltd. is a private laboratory that has a status of a medical facility of primary care. It was created in 1999 as a family company. Its future development is related to the expansion of the volume of services and the attraction of new patients and clients . In this connection it is necessary to open new job positions at its sites in Sofia and Varna. The project is aimed at hiring unemployed and inactive persons, a total of 23 people, including 10 people from a specific category of "Unemployed young adults up to 29 years of age" and 2 persons of specific categories of "Unemployed persons over the age of 54 years of age". All of them will be hired for a period of 12 months, and at least 50% of the jobs of the employees under the project will be reserved after completion of the project activities. The project also provides for the supply with specialized equipment to perform medical diagnostic tests for workplace equipment of "Biologist". The project provides activities and information and publicity of the target group and the public about the contribution of the EU to co-finance this project. The implementation of this project will contribute to fulfilling the objectives of the EU strategy "Europe 2020" in the field of employment and combating poverty and social exclusion, and to implement: - Specific Objective 3 of the Investment Priority 3 Priority Axis 1 of the Operational Programme "Human Resources Development" 2014-2020, namely: Increase the number of unemployed young people aged under 29 years included in employment, self-employment or training with secondary or higher education; - Specific Objective 3 of the Investment Priority 1 Priority Axis 1 of the Operational Programme "Human Resources Development" 2014-2020, namely: Increasing the number of started work unemployed or inactive people over 54 years old" Implementation of all activities under this project will be completed not later than 30.09.2018
