The "New opportunities for labor realization and qualification enhancement in Master Unitiy Ltd." offers the concept of providing access to professional development and training of individuals from priority procedure "New Workplace 2015" - unemployed and inactive persons. The project provides subsidized employment for 12 persons in the service of the repair of machinery and equipment, for a period of 12 months. Also - providing vocational training, creation of conditions for safe operation by providing personal protective equipment and clothing, and purchase inventory for newly opened positions in operational and administrative cycle of the company. The initiative is consistent with the needs and opportunities of enterprise, while is fully responsible and actively contributing to the objectives of the EU strategy "Europe 2020" and the priorities of the HRD OP in the field of employment and combating poverty, social exclusion and achieve conditions for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth by creating conditions for sustainable integration in the labor market of vulnerable groups. Allowing subsidized employment through the mechanisms of the ESF, will be a prerequisite for "Master Unity" Ltd. to participate in solving the problems of the labor market in particular - will help in the recruitment of persons from some of the most vulnerable social groups, will result in their removal from passive participation in the social system and will develop working habits of the target group, will create conditions for development of human resources through vocational training, will boost their competitiveness and overall the effect will lead to their sustainable integration market labor. The project includes the activities of administration and reporting progress of activities and implementation of targets and activities to promote the implementation, objectives and results of the project.
