Improving the employment accessibility and assuring sustainable workplaces at "Transkar-Vladi" Ltd.

The implementation of the current project serves one of the most vulnerable groups within the labour market, i.e. the young people. Transkar Vladi Ltd clearly realizes the need for targeted measures to overcome the specific difficulties for this group. Since youth unemployment is up to date and disputable issue, both within the country and within EU, the objectives of the project are aimed at the target group of young people of age up to 29 years. As part of the implementation of the project 12 unemployed and inactive persons from this group will be employed. In addition 5 out of the twelve emplyed will receive training and will gain experience required from the contemporary business needs. Minimum 50% of the twelve employed will keep their jobs for at least 12 months after project ends, and the rest of the employed will enter the labour market proffesionally prepared and with improved abilities for their effective labour and social inclusion. 100% of the target group of the project is composed from one of the priority categories of the procedure - unemployed youths up to 29 years. Main goal of the project is ensuring sustainbale work places for unemployed youths up to 29 years for a period of 12 months, as well supply of proffesional education second qualification degree for some of them and supply of equpment and clothing connected to the creation of the working places. Information, publicity and visualization, as well as project management is also financed by the project. Direct results of the project include: - Ensuring employment for 12 people within the target group for a period od 12 months. - Aquiring proffesional qualification for 5 of the emplyed. - Keep of the meployment of at least 6 of the employed for a period of at least 12 months after project end. - Purchase and supply of needed equipment and clothing for the opening of new working places.
